Fall Football Cheerleading
General Information
Our Fall Football Cheerleading program is offered to athletes in grades 3-6. The fee is $75 and is used to cover uniforms, equipment, the end of year party, and other various expenses.
Our football teams participate in the Junior Buckeye League (JBL) with other area schools. The league has two divisions: a 3rd & 4th grade division (JV), and a 5th and 6th grade division (Varsity). As such, 3rd & 4th grade cheerleaders will cheer for the JV team, and 5th & 6th grade cheerleaders will cheer for the Varsity team.
The season runs for approximately 3 months, starting at the beginning of August and concluding in late October. Each team plays six (6) Sunday games, with the JV games starting at 1:00 and the Varsity games immediately after. There is a league tournament after the season for the teams that qualify. Generally, our cheer teams will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a few weeks before the season, with practices ending once the games begin. However, that is always subject to change if it better accommodates a future year's coaches and schedules.
Check the Schedules page for the current year's game schedule.
